The Chesapeake Bay is the life water that runs through Maryland and is one of the defining factors that have shaped our state's cuisine. From the bounty of the bay itself; blue crab, oysters, striped bass, to the fields, farms, and factories surrounding the idyllic shores, the Bay has provided unique and vital provisions to Maryland and the surrounding region. 

It is now our hope to introduce, provide, and celebrate all that the Bay has to offer through a dinner series spotlighting the foods and the chefs that honor a place that is both special and timeless. We invite you to celebrate with us.
